Quality and perfection are the driving forces at OBI. It starts right from importing quality raw material, until every process of the manufacturing process. OBI is an ISO 9001-2015 certified company and has a system based on ERP for better quality management.

The skilled worker goes through training for more than 25 hrs a year and all the types of machinery are periodically maintained for better quality production. All the products are gone through leak tests before dispatched and delivered and special care is been taken while polishing and plating. To achieve the maximum standard we continuously monitors the products and user requirement right from the production stage up to the final dispatch. Due to strict quality control procedures our customers are ensured that their requirements are met accurately and consistency. Each & every piece is inspected under strict quality control manuals.

Inspection & Testing

Our Inspection Department has a comprehensive stock of gauges, micrometers, together with material testing facilities. The finished products are tested on different quality parameters such as dimensional accuracy, durability and strength.

Traning Policy

It is the all time practice of the company to train the entire staff at regular interval to keep updated the strength of the company to produce the excellent quality of the products that meets with the highest level of the customer satisfaction as all the time.
